I did not delve into that too much because I did not want to "gross out" the Weekend Cooking followers who go from blog to blog reading about food and recipes. There is something disturbing about so few people makng decisions about what products we can buy. I also like the idea of trying to maintain local control, by patronizing local gardners and farmers or local booksellers.
